With a rising awareness of antioxidants, this illustration accompanied a story
in The Columbian's Food section about Northwest fruits and vegetables that are particularly good sources
for antioxidants. Prunes and raisins top the list, but blueberries, blackberries are strawberries are also
excellent sources of antioxidants, which pursue oxygen-free radicals that can encourage chronic diseases.
